Craig P. Keup
Mr. Keup has been practicing law in California since 1987. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Loyola Marymount and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego School of Law. Mr. Keup was a partner with Ault, Deuprey, Jones & Gorman, a large downtown San Diego litigation firm with 50 attorneys, before leaving to form the Law Firm of Price & Keup in 1996, a law practice dedicated to the representation of seniors. Since 2015 he has been a partner with Keup-Lim, focusing on estate planning and estate administration matters, business formation, as well as the representation of seniors.
Mr. Keup is a California Advocate for Nursing Home Reform (CANHR) Elder Justice AdvocateTM, which is an attorney committed to protecting and safeguarding elders in California through advocacy and elder abuse litigation. He is also a Member of the Million Dollar Advocate Forum, membership which is limited to Trial Lawyers who have demonstrated exceptional skill, experience and excellence in Advocacy by achieving a trial verdict, award or settlement in the amount of One Million Dollars or more.
Sherrillyn Lim
Sherrillyn Lim was born in Singapore and raised in San Diego. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business with an emphasis in Finance from San Diego State University, and a Juris Doctor degree from California Western School of Law. While in law school, she was awarded the Dean’s Scholarship Award, the Russell Thrasher Memorial Scholarship Award by the Pan Asian Lawyers of San Diego, and the Wiley Manual Award by the State Bar of California. Her law review article, The US- Singapore Free Trade Agreement: Fostering Confidence and Commitment in Asia was published in the California Western International Law Journal, after which she served as a legal intern at the U.S. Department of Commerce in the United States Embassy, Singapore and assisted in the adoption and implementation of the US-Singapore Free Trade Agreement in Singapore.
Ms. Lim has been a partner with Keup Lim, APC since 2015, focusing on estate planning, trusts, estate administrations and probates, conservatorships, and business formation. She also represents clients in consumer bankruptcy matters. Prior to Keup Lim, APC, Ms. Lim was a partner with Lim & Rodriguez, and served as the Special Assistant to the San Diego County Treasurer-Tax Collector, the Honorable Dan McAllister. She is fluent in written and spoken Mandarin Chinese.
Jessica Garcia
Jessica Garcia is a Paralegal and Notary Public with KEUP-LIM, APC. A positive client experience is her top priority and she works diligently to ensure that each client is treated with attention, kindness, and quick responses to every communication. Jessica earned her American Bar Association approved Associate's Degree with Honors at Cuyamaca College, as well as an Associate's Degree with Honors in Real Estate at San Diego Mesa College. Jessica is a member of the San Diego Paralegal Association and the California Alliance of Paralegal Associations, and an avid volunteer in her community.
